In the past months~

Well, well, well, it has been quite a while ne? Haha I got so busy with school and work and all this college nonsense~ XP Though things are going well. Finals are in two days, and I am a tad nervous for some of them, but in the end it won't be so bad. ^_____^ Haha the funny thing now, is that as soon as school is out I have to start baking O_o massive amounts of christmas goodies~ haha and for work almost thirty loaves of pumpkin bread! >_<

Well as a quick update here is what has happened in the last month or so since I have posted anything:

1.) I tried out for all state- albiet begrudgingly- and since I hated it for two years I didn't want to do it again so I purposly fucked up my audition...... I made it anyway. So hello all state!- and Goodbye all my weekends in January!

2.) I made top all state jazz band! Hooray~ haha

3.) I am currently working on all my college applications~ plans have changed and now we are looking at NMSU (did I just call myself we? O_o)

4.) Mom is doing much better and is now completely done with Cancer treatments! She is in recovery until next march-ish when she can start looking at reconstruction surgery

5.) A good friend of mine and my brother's has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in his spine and leg. As of two days ago he was being flown up to Colorado to see a specialist. Please keep him in your prayers and thoughts.

6.) ANDDDD~~~~ There has been sooo much more but I just don't have the time right nor the patience right now to re-cap it all. Must study study study~~

Well now that a good deal of the chaos has past I will be blogging more often. ^_^ See you in the near future! haha

☆ Cosplay~ and other things...

☆ ♪ ♥I am very very tired from work but I just wanted to write a quick blog for you, My Roses.

This last weekend I went to a local convention and decided to do some cosplays~ o(>w<)0 hehehe

☆#1 Pikachu- punk style XP haha the group I went with wanted to do Poke-mon and since the only one I know is Pikachu thats the one I did XD haha And our theme was the "Poke-Ho" and the "Poke-pimp" So we all just wacked out our cosutmes ^^ Haha I know you all just laughed because I said wacked out XP

☆ #2 Neo Queen Serenity- pulled it out of my closet in fifteen minutes from an old homecoming dress, a pair of fairy wings and some bits and peices of an old SM cosplay ^_^ Twas fun none the less ^^ hehe

Also, progress is picking up again on Rose Project. I believe I have finally found a guitarist capable of playing some the parts I write. ^^; I am so inconsiderate since I do not play guitar at how hard I write things to be >< We have sadly all been very busy and not really able to work on anything. ;_; But after a small temporary hault in activities we are going again. ^^ Writing some fun stuff for all of my dears, so keep supporting us My Roses. Things...

So I have been very very busy lately My Roses. It has become increasingly difficult to perform everyday tasks with a broken hand. I go back to the hand doctor on Thursday, and hopefully he will have good news ^__^

Well I have adopted a freshman at my school. ^-^ He is very cute~ My little shouta whom I will protect with my 4,000 Legions of Zombie armies. Though truthfully I have never seen a more truely innocent and naive individual in my life. :) So I have taken it upon myself to protect that innocence. ^___^

Well Work hasn't been too awful considering all the hours, but it is starting to wear down on me. I have a bit of a stomach bug at the moment and it gets hard to stay so perky at work when I feel like poo. ;_; Oh well, it will pass in time I am sure. ^__^ And yesterday some idiot threw chopsticks in the pond and I almost fell in trying to get them out. -_-

So Thursday I actually got a day off! It was fun I took my mom out to lunch and then took her to her radiation therapy. While waiting in the lobby I read a book, which was very nice. ^^ Afterwards I drove to get everyone some ice-cream/Italian water ice. Then I went to the mall to hang out with my sister. (the picture on the top) Oh! While we were there I bought a beautiful white dress~and some shoes XP Haha, then we decided to go ride the carousel, which was funfunfun! Later we went to a candy store and bought some caramel apples and some rock candy. :) Then drove home and watched The Lord of the Rings. ^_^ All in all I think it was a very fun day off. ^__^ Especially since I don't get them very often ^____^

Well I had to call in today, I woke up sick and threw up so I missed class and now I am missing work. Some people are telling me "Oh, but this is good you get some free time!" But then I find myself not wanting to do anything because I feel so bad. So I slept in late, and then sat and watched a movie... and then did nothing... and now I am still doing nothing. I think I will go take a nap XP haha

A Little Frustrated... >_<

♪ ♥ Well classes started up again today. ^-^ This year should be pretty fun, I have lots of friends in classes with me and I don't have 12 hour days anymore! haha XD My teachers seem pretty smart, and nice so thats always a plus, but I must say playing my trumpet is proving very difficult with this hand of mine. >_< It huuuurts.... I am such a whimp...


☆ Have you been watching the olympics? I have! How about Michael Phelps? Eh? I do hope he gets his eight medals! ^^ haha Every time I watch him swim I feel soo lazy and out of shape! XD hahaha And congratulations to China for being so awesome today with the schyronized diving! Wow! They were so goooood!! d=(^o^)=b


And now I may be having some issues with work. Since classes are going, and I also have so much band stuff to do, and also always busy with A Rose Project, I can't work full time. Well with the schedule I currently have, I am working over thirty hours a week, which is all evening Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and then all day long on Sunday. So now I no longer have any weekends for other things at all, and this is not a flexible schedule either. >_< So decided to talk to Eun Hae about it today and was basically told that there is nothing I can do, aside from the obvious, which is to just deal with it. In truth that is out of the question. I am not allowed to work this much, as was told to me today by my parents. -_- Though they have a very good point. So I told Eun Hae about how this could become a problem later because cannot be in town for recording. Her response was, and I quote: "Sometimes you just have to give things up." Well I have to wonder, Do you people know me? Music? or My Job? Obviously this is out of the question. So I am now faced with the decision to either deal with it and work myself to death, while also giving up music, or quitting my job and just being poor until I find a new one. (and quitting it, means I may not be able to go to Oni-Con ;_; ) Uuuuurgh! Why? I do not want to be in this position... ;_;

Well today was pretty good, aside from the fact that I have a cold and a broken hand. Haha XD

I talked to my mom a lot, we just spent hours talking about anything and everything. It felt nice to finally get somethings out in the open with her. ^_^ But even better, it was just nice to talk about it finally. Many years have past since it happened and I finally feel like I am back on the right track! I know I must be getting better since I at last had the "umph" if you will, or courage if it can be called that, to talk about that day. I feel like I am at last in control of my life, and I know I owe it all to My Roses~ Thank you~

☆And Thank you as well to my Mom for just talking. It means more than you know~ ☆

Good News~

I no longer have to wear a cast! Today I went to a hand specialist to have my fingers looked at. It was really bothering me, while I had on the cast, that I couldn't move my wrist, and there wasn't anytng wrong with it :/ I said something to him about it and eventually we concluded that if I could take good, careful, care of my hand, and keep my fingers taped, I would not have to have on a cast! I am sooo happy! I will take good care of my hand. :) <3
